No Return – No Refund Policy

At Aurastone India, all products are carefully selected and packed. Due to the natural and customized nature of crystals and stones, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Crystals may vary in color, shape, and texture as they are natural products. Aurastone India does not guarantee any specific spiritual or metaphysical results. Purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion.

In case of damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
