Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service. Any delays caused by the courier after dispatch are beyond our control, but we will assist with tracking whenever possible.
Address Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address and contact number. Aurastone India is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
Failed Deliveries
Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to two times. If the order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item, an unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
